Zna ktoś program do zmniejszenia wielkości Mp3 ? Na przykład od 128/kb do 64 lub 32/kb
Does somebody know the program for making the Mp3 size smaller? For example from 128/kb till 64 or 32/kb

I don't know the program, but you can do like this:
1. Make WAV file from it.
2. Make mp3 from it in lower quality.
Nie znam programu, ale możesz zrobić tak:
1. Przerób na WAV.
2. Z wav'a zrób mp3 o gorszej jakości.

"allconverter" i o ile dobrze pamietam mial taka opcje musisz sobie go poszukac w internecie (to nie jest darmowy program ale to chyba nie problem  )
"allconverter" if i remember good has such an opiton but u have to look for it on the interent couse i dont have url to it (its not a freeware but i think its not a problem )

Jeśli chodzi ci o to żeby mp3 na komórke wrzucać to ja używam programu Audacity i wycinam ciekawe fragmenty mp3 np. refren. Wtedy tak dużo nie zajmuje 
If you wanna make some mp3's for your mobile phone use Audacity to cut best parts of song and make mp3 from them. It will have smaller size
